Founder & Managing Director
Benjamin is originally from France, but has been living abroad and travelling extensively for over 15 years. He currently lives in Dublin, Ireland, with his Polish wife and young daughter.
With years of experience in assisting hoteliers manage operations or opening up innovative hotels across the world, Benjamin has been a trusted name in the hospitality industry, and is well known for his knowledge and expertise in European markets.
Currently, Benjamin works across the globe, helping hotels use modern technology to improve operations & revenue. He understands the challenges independent hoteliers face, and believes that running a hotel should be simple.
Benjamin's life goal is to open a chain of eco-friendly hotels, promoting sustainable tourism and local community development.
Andrea Masferrer
Co-Founder & Head of Marketing
Andrea, Co-founder and Marketing Head at HotelMinder, has rich experience in Strategy Consulting. While working with some of the leading MNCs globally, she has acquired in-depth knowledge and insights on several sales & marketing subjects.
Originally from Barcelona and currently based in London, Andrea has always been passionate about travelling & hospitality. In the past, she has volunteered as a teacher, and has assisted NGOs in their goals to teach children in Nepal, Spain, and Ghana.
Combining her marketing expertise with an analytical and strategic approach towards problem solving, she is always looking to make an impact for our clients.
Jeffrey Gan
General Manager Asia-Pacific
Jeffrey Gan is a multi-faceted, experienced, and accomplished hotelier with a career spanning over 3 decades in Hotel & Resort Operations. With rich experience in management, sales, marketing, business development, and operations, Jeffrey brings qualities like market leadership, profit and yield management, quality assurance, and rebranding to the HotelMinder team.
In the past, Jeffrey has led teams in multiple hotels and resorts across continents, and continues to be associated with leading hotel chains and businesses. As the General Manager for APAC region, Jeffrey will strengthen HotelMinder's business operations in the Asia-Pacific, and will build diverse teams to expand the scope of our services.
Pawel Debakowski
Senior Project Manager
Pawel represents a rare combination of technical and analytical training with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
After holding a number of managerial and General Manager positions in hotels in the US and Europe Pawel has moved to work with hotel and travel technology providers like Best Western (Revenue Management / Marketing) and Jonas Software / Bookassist (GDS / Business Development). His areas of interest include revenue management, e-commerce, corporate travel and Human Resources.
Pawel holds degrees in Computer Science from Wyszynski University in Warsaw and Hotel Management from Dublin Institute of Technology in Dublin. Pawel is also a graduate of The Dale Carnegie Business Training Program in Main, USA. In his spare time he likes reading and participating in amateur sport events like adventure racing and triathlon.
