Really interesting RMS with a lot of potential

Flyer has a lot of potential. This is a really clever tool with some great ideas. They have moved away from rule based pricing which opens up some really interesting features. The onboarding process was really efficient with great support from Laya and the team. The rate suggestions from the system are improving over time and I really like the influence function rate feature rather than locking rates, this combined with hourly rate updates is a great feature. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate.

Pace is a great tool that help us achieve the best of our results.

I really like how pace acts fast adjusting the prices, although it requires some important adjustments that can go unnoticed and can show a lot of impact on how pace takes action. When well configured you can really feel confident on the decision making giving you more time to focus on other activities.

Incredible Tool for Revenue Management

I absolutely love the revenue management tool. The reports and the support I've received from Pace have been instrumental in helping me establish pricing strategies for my hotels during each season. The reports on ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR give me a clear picture of how our planning should look and how well we are performing in terms of meeting our budget. The revenue management tool is truly incredible. One of the aspects I appreciate the most is the comprehensive set of reports and the invaluable support I have received from Pace. These reports have been essential in helping me set up pricing strategies for my hotels across different seasons, making it easier to adapt to market changes and optimize revenue. Additionally, the detailed insights provided by the reports on Average Daily Rate (ADR), occupancy, and RevPAR have been extremely helpful in guiding our decision making process. They offer a clear understanding of how our hotel should be positioned in the market and whether our revenue goals are being met. The level of detail in these reports allows for strategic planning that is both proactive and data-driven, ensuring we stay on track with our budget goals. This tool has undoubtedly made revenue management more efficient and effective across all properties. Additionally, the new Insight feature, which shows the margin of error in the data, has been incredibly helpful. While the tool offers highly valuable information, it’s important to know that sometimes the data isn't 100% precise. Strong analytics and reporting portal. It demonstrates the AI learnings from user input as well as the system's suggestions. Great user interface. Manages restrictions as well and deep integration with PMS Mews.

FLYR

Reporting in FLYR is great and you can build any report you can think of. Recommendation for this is to use the system on regular basis and just play around with building the reports. Currently learning how to forecast in FLYR and I see that this will be great tool for future use. Again this part can be filtered based on how we wish to present it. But overall really good and simple to use. Plus you can save different versions and access them back in the future.
